Black-necked Grebe (Podiceps nigricollis) 1 at Orenisi-Drabaki fish ponds; Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus) 1 vocalizes at Kvapani fish ponds; Little Stint (Calidris minuta) 1 foraging at Zvejsala-Lodani fish ponds; Red-necked Phalarope (Phalaropus lobatus) 2 foraging at Orenisi-Drabaki fish ponds; Caspian Tern (Hydroprogne caspia) 1 flew over Orenisi-Drabaki fish ponds; White-winged Tern (Chlidonias leucopterus) >18 together with >20 Whiskered Terns (Chlidonias hybrida) in mixed Laridae colony at Orenisi-Drabaki fish ponds, Rezekne county. (A.Klepers). Little Stint, Red-necked Phalarope - repeated latest spring migrant records. Caspian Tern - quite rare inland during summer months.
05.06.2023. Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybrida) 2 (pair) in the Balck Terns (Chlidonias niger) colony at Ekengrave, Viesite county (G.Grandans).
03.06.2023. Short-toed Snake Eagle (Circaetus gallicus) 1 to N at Nica fields (E.Smislovs et al.), about hour later presumed the same individual migrating N next to Liepaja lake E coast, Dienvidkurzeme county (K.Millers, I.Grinerte). Broad-billed Sandpiper (Limicola falcinellus) 8 at Liepaja lake E coast, Dienvidkurzeme county (K.Millers, I.Grinerte). Red-throated Pipit (Anthus cervinus) 1 at Liepaja lake E coast, Dienvidkurzeme county (K.Millers).
02.06.2023. Lesser Grey Shrike (Lanius minor) 1 M at Nica fields, Dienvidkurzeme county (E.Smislovs, A.Lahs, K.Millers, U.Piterans, I.Grinerte). 7^th record for Latvia.

15.05.2023. Pallid Harrier (Circus macrourus) 1 2cy at Kolka Cape, Talsi county (A.Klepers, E.Laucis). Booted Eagle (Aquila pennata) 1 (light morph) at Kolka, Talsi county (A.Klepers, E.Laucis). 7^th record for Latvia. Different individual as on 08.05.2023., photos compared. Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus) 1 at Kolka, Talsi county (A.Klepers, E.Laucis).
14.05.2023. Pied Avocet (Recurvirostra avosetta) 1 (around 7:43) flew over at Kolka Cape, Talsi county (A.Klepers et al.), 1 (around 14:55) at Mersrags, Talsi county (I.Brediks). Cannot be ruled out that the same individual was observed.
12.05.2023. Red-throated Pipit (Anthus cervinus) 2 at Mersrags, Talsi county (I.Brediks).
10.05.2023. Pied Avocet (Recurvirostra avosetta) 1 at Berzciems shoreline, Tukums county (Rare Bird Alert group/V.Vigants).
06.05.2023. Booted Eagle (Aquila pennata) 1 (light morph) to SW over Kanieris Castle Mound Path parking lot (Kemeri National Park), Tukums county (K.Millers et al.). 6^th record for Latvia.
